Following the free first-year period, listings require an annual renewal payment of R850 in advance, on or before the 1st of June each year. Furthermore, renewal payments maintain listing visibility and continued access to directory promotional benefits. Therefore, unpaid listings may become suspended, unpublished, or permanently removed from the platform.
All renewal payments must be completed before listing expiration dates to maintain uninterrupted visibility. Furthermore, payments remain non-refundable after listing activation or renewal processing. Consequently, users should ensure accurate payment information before completing any transaction or renewal request. Any listing not paid for by the 14th of each June will be deleted from the directory.
The Education Network SA reserves the right to review all submitted listings before publication. Furthermore, administrative approval supports quality control and professional directory standards consistently. Therefore, listings may experience reasonable processing periods before becoming publicly visible. ExamHubSA takes no responsibility whatsoever for listed listings.
Approved listings may qualify for promotional advertising opportunities through The Education Network SA platform. Furthermore, qualifying listings receive one professionally designed Facebook advertisement every 60 days. Consequently, institutions may strengthen online visibility and national educational reach strategically.
Users retain ownership of submitted logos, branding materials, and institutional information uploaded through the platform. However, users grant The Education Network SA permission to display submitted materials publicly. Furthermore, promotional use may include approved directory advertisements and related marketing campaigns.
The Education Network SA provides promotional and directory services for informational purposes only. Furthermore, the platform does not guarantee enrolments, profits, or institutional growth outcomes. Therefore, users remain responsible for decisions made using directory information and advertising services.
